The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee is one of the branches, including pressure vessels, water tube boilers, thermal boilers, pressure pipes, liquefied petroleum gas containers, and serially produced pressure vessels.
All pressure vessels involved in the above areas must be obtained from AS 1210 for export to Australia.

Australian AS certification process

1. Perform design review (drawings and calculations) in accordance with AS 1210 design specifications and obtain pressure vessel audit number
2. Review the manufacturing and related technical and technical requirements, the manufacturer's quality control plan, etc., and set up inspection points.
3. Verify or check incoming materials
4. Review welding process, process qualification record and welder assessment record
5. Review non-destructive testing procedures and personnel qualification records
6. Random inspection during the manufacturing process, such as weld pair inspection, weld root cleaning and dimensional inspection, etc.
7. Witness non-destructive testing or review non-destructive testing report/record
8. Final appearance and size inspection, including inspection of the inside and outside of the equipment
9. Review heat treatment report (if applicable)
10. Witness the final stress test
11. Review manufacturer inspection records and reports
12. Confirm the nameplate and the nameplate installation, mark the nameplate and the project identification number.
13. Issue AS certification inspection certificate
